General Questions

What minimum manufacturer's warranty is required for covered products?

Electronic products usually have a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 90 days. Appliance and computer products typically have manufacturer’s warranties of one year. The product’s owner manual contains specific manufacturer warranty terms and conditions.

WarrantyofAmerica requires the following minimum manufacturer’s warranty:

  • If the product was purchased prior to the date you first became a member of WarrantyofAmerica.com, then the product must have a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of at least one year;
